 Guideline for Submission of Assignment


1. Students should do the Assignment Work From Home, not during the Practical / Theory sessions.


2. Check Validity and read guidelines of assignment before writing the assignment.


3. The First Page (you can download aslo or make also) must include the following information :-

• Enrollment No:

• Name:

• Address:

• Programme Code:

• Course Code:

• Course Title:

• Assignment Code:

• Regional Centre Name & Code:

• Study Centre Name & Code:

• Phone No:

• Email:

• Signature:

• Date:


4. Assignments must be Hand Written Only, no typed assignments will be accepted, handwriting should be neat and readable.


5. You can Use Only Black and Blue ink Pen Don't use any other color ink like -  'RED' ink pen.


6. Use following Sequence Only :-

• First Page / Front Page

• I'D Card

• Assignment Question Paper

• Answer Sheet


7. Don't Use Plastic File.


8. Keep a Soft Copy (Pdf) of the assignment before submission.


9. The students must Submit The Assignment on Study Centre. (Offline Mode)


10. Mostly Study Centre Accepting Assignment Saturday and Sunday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM But not All so please check your sc guideline or contact your sc. (Offline Mode)


11. If You Have Applied to Change your Study Centre then you have to Send your Assignments to the Original Centre Until You Did Not Get Any Confirmation, If you got successfully change centre then you can submiti to the new centre. (Offline Mode)


12. Attach "Acknowledgment Receipt Copy" along with the assignments, Get back acknowledgement receipt signed by Study Centre personnel while submitting your assignments. (Offline Mode).


13. The assignments should be Scanned Properly (Online Mode).


14. Each page of the assignment must be Signed By The Students either on Top or Bottom of the Page and also Enrollment No. before scanning and uploading the same (Online Mode).


15. Scan your assignments by using Mobile or Cam Scan Separately One By One. The scan copy should be Very Clear in nature (Online Mode).


16. For Each Course the Assignment response should be Scanned In Single PDF file which means if there are 5 questions in one assignment then there should not by 5 PDF files it should be one single PDF containing all five responses of the assignment (Online Mode).


17. The can assignment for each course can be sent separately through emails. All Assignments of All the Courses Cannot be Attached Together in a Single Email (Online Mode).


18. The file name should start with your enrolment number followed by your course for example if your enrolment number is 2564879528 and you intend to submit your MEG1 assignment then the File Name should be given as 2564879528 MEG1 (Online Mode).


19. Last date of assignment submission :-


1st Sep - 31st Oct (january session)

1st March - 30th April (just session)


20. The Coordinator / Study Centre Has The Right to Reject the Assignments Received After the Due Date.Therefore, the students are advised to submit the assignments before the due date.


21. If you have Already Submitted your assignment at your study centre Please Ignore.


22. Assignment can be submitted only once in a particular session, there is No Provision of Re-Evaluation of the assignment.


23. Minimum Duration of assignment mark It depends. Generally It May Take 2 – 6 Months.


24. It is for all Programme and it carries Weightage of 25 – 30% in Final Grades/Marks.


25. Use of UNFAIR means - "Copying Assignment" Are NOT Allowed either from study material or your peers, evaluator can give "zero" if copied.
